RESOLUTION NO. 2011-765
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF RESOURCE
ENHANCEMENT AND PROTECTION (REAP) GRANT
APPLICATION TO IOWA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL
RESOURCES AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
APPLICATION BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the application dated August 8, 2011 for Resource
Enhancement and Protection (REAP) grant funding in the amount of
$200,000.00, for the Sherwood Park Recreation Area and Hartman
Reserve Expansion, by and between the Iowa Department of Natural
Resources and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of August, 2011.
