RESOLUTION NO. 2011-766
RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING WITH IOWA NORTHLAND REGIONAL
COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Understanding dated August 8, 2011, at a
cost of 1.5 percent of the funds if awarded, with a maximum cost
of $2,000.00, for grant writing services for the Resource
Enhancement and Protection (REAP) grant application for the
Sherwood Park Recreation Area and Hartman Reserve Expansion, by
and between Iowa Northland Regional Council of Governments of
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of August, 2011.
