RESOLUTION NO. 2011-767
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT FOR THE AMENDED
AND RESTATED BUSINESS DISASTER RECOVERY
EQUIPMENT REIMBURSEMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
WITH THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
DOCUMENTS BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract dated August 8, 2011, for the Amended and
Restated Business Disaster Recovery Equipment Reimbursement
Assistance Program with the following business:
Midtown Development, 501 Sycamore Street, Suite 710 $79,078.00
by and between the Iowa Department of Economic Development (CDBG
Contract #08 -DRB -205) and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of August, 2011.
