RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS FOR THE
AMENDED AND RESTATED DISASTER RECOVERY LOAN
INTEREST SUPPLEMENT PROGRAM WITH THE IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID DOCUMENTS BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contracts dated August 8, 2011, for the Amended and
Restated Disaster Recovery Loan Interest Supplement Program with
the following businesses:
River Plaza Athletic Club, 10 West 4th Street up to $57,610.00
Midtown Development, 501 Sycamore Street,
Suite 710 up to $97,373.00
by and between the Iowa Department of Economic Development (CDBG
Contract 408 -DRB -205) and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same are hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
