Scope of Work
AUGUST ENTERPRISES, L.L.C. proposes to remove, and dispose of inspection
identified asbestos-containing materials and project waste from the building /C e/

Contractor Responsibility: We will provide: ^
1. Necessary labor, equipment, supplies
2. Appropriate supervised, trained staff
3. Waste manifesting, notifications
4. Portable generator for electrical use, water •
Owner Responsibility:
1. Authorize us to act in your behalf
2. Provide access, oversight, liaison between trades
3. Provide sealed building for negative pressure "no emission" enclosure
Duration:
l. The Owner will allow adequate ten day scheduling for the Work
2. It is intended that this rna,' take up to 30-45 days.
Exclusions:
1. This quotation is good for thirty days
2. It is intended that this will be performed on a mutually agreed upon schedule
3. Invoices unpaid after thirty days are past due and subject to a monthly finance
charge computed at the rate of three and one/half percent
