RESOLUTION NO. 2011-785
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated August 15, 2011, for the Fiscal Year
2012 Air Service Development Program, Project No. 91120AL0135,
Contract No. 13288, in an amount not to exceed $28,000.00, with a
20 percent required city match, to be used for air service
consulting and marketing for the Waterloo Regional Airport, by
and between the Iowa Department of Transportation and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of August, 2011.
