RESOLUTION NO. 2011-786
RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF COMMUNITY
PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT STAFF TO WAIVE THE
CITY OF WATERLOO'S RIGHT TO REVIEW A PROPOSED
SUBDIVISION WITHIN 2 MILES OF THE WATERLOO
CITY LIMITS (LOCATED WITHIN UNINCORPORATED
WASHBURN) FOR DELAGARDELLE PROPERTIES, LLC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the request of the Community Planning and Development staff
to waive the City of Waterloo's right to review a proposed
subdivision within 2 miles of the Waterloo city limits (located
within unincorporated Washburn) for Delagardelle Properties, LLC
as allowed in Iowa Code Section 354.9, be and the same is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of August, 2011.
