I am pleased to offer you this mechanical/electrical engineering service proposal for the above-
mentioned project.
Ii This proposal indudes developing options to mitigate the storm water issue. Each option will have
a cost opinion.

For the above referenced services our fee will be hourly not to exceed $3,500.00.
et) Additional services, as approved and requested, shall be provided at our hourly rates.
Gilmor& Doyle, Ltd. Errors and Omissions Policy shall be deemed a part of this Agreement.
m The AIA Abbreviated Form of Agreement between Owner and Architect, 1997 Addition (B141) shall
