RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 1, WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC., OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$54,500.00, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 4TH, 5TH, AND
6TH STREET CONVERSION - RECONNECTED
COMMUNITIES PLOT PROGRAM GRANT APPLICATION
ASSISTANCE, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that Supplemental Agreement No. 1, with AECOM Technical Services, Inc., of
Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $54,500.00, in conjunction with the 4th, 5th, and 6th
Street Conversion - Reconnected Communities Plot Program Grant Application Assistance, is
hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
