RESOLUTION NO. 2024-471
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH PUBLIC CONSULTING GROUP, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $20,000.00, FOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT
AND SUBMISSION OF ALL REQUIRED DATA INTO THE
GROUND AMBULANCE DATA COLLECTION SYSTEM AS
MANDATED BY THE CENTERS FOR MEDICARE AND
MEDICAID SERVICES, AND AUTHORIZING THE MEDICAL
SUPERVISOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Professional Services Agreement with Public Consulting Group, in the amount
of $20,000.00, for project management and submission of all required data into the Ground
Ambulance Data Collection System as mandated by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid
Services, is hereby approved, and the Medical Supervisor is authorized and directed to execute
said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5tn day of August 2024.
