That the offer of Cedar River Renaissance, LLC, in the amount of $5,000.00, to purchase the city-owned property located southeast of 203 Lafayette Street, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby accepted for said property. 3. That the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall sell the real property to Cedar River Renaissance, LLC, by quit claim deed. 4. That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said deed.
