RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AUDIT ENGAGEMENT
LETTER WITH BERGANKDV FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
ENDING JUNE 30, 2024, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Letter of Engagement with BerganKDV for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024,
for services associated with a governmental activities audit, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5t1i day of August 2024.
