RESOLUTION NO. 2024-459
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH STANLEY CONSULTANTS, INC., OF
DES MOINES, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $116,000.00, FOR
THE BROADWAY STREET ADAPTIVE SIGNAL CONTROL
TECHNOLOGY, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Professional Services Agreement with Stanley Consultants, Inc., of Des Moines,
Iowa, in the amount of $116,000.00, for the Broadway Street Adaptive Signal Control
Technology, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said
document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
