RESOLUTION NO. 2011-789
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 1 WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. OF
WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 1 dated August 15, 2011, at an
additional cost not to exceed $26,700.00, for construction review
services for the F.Y. 2012 SECOR Railroad Spur, Contract No. 794,
by and between AECOM Technical Services, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of August, 2011.
