RESOLUTION APPROVING
WITH JOSHUA JEBE AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT
JENETTE BROOKMAN AND
OF SAID ENCROACHMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Encroachment Agreement dated August 15, 2011, to
construct a retaining wall abutting the sidewalk in front of 813
Fairview Avenue, extending 5 feet into the street right-of-way,
legally described as follows:
The Westerly five (5) feet of Fairview Avenue lying
Southerly of an Easterly extension of the North line of
Lot 13, Block 2, Grand View Place, and lying Northerly
of an Easterly extension of the South line of Lot 13,
Block 2, Grand View Place, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa;
by and between Joshua Jebe and Jenette Brookman and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
