TER DISCHARGE
The City of Waterloo, Iowa, plans to
submit a Notice of Intent to the Iowa
Department of Natural Resources to
be covered under the NPDES General
Permit No. 2 — Storm Water Discharge
Associated vuith Industrial Activity for
Construction Activities.
The storm water discharge will be from
the construction of sanitary sewer, and
will be located in the NW i of Section
22: TSSN, R13W, Black Hawk County.
Storm water will be discharged from
one point source and will be dis-
charged to the Waterloo Municipal
Storm Sewer System and to Sink
Creek.
Comments may be submitted to the
Storm Water Discharge Coordinator,
Iowa Department of Natural Resourc-
es, Environmental Protection Division.
