RESOLUTION NO. 2011-801
RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF HEATHER TAYLOR
FOR A VARIANCE TO ORDINANCE NO. 3094, NOISE
ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, Heather Taylor is requesting a variance to the
Noise Ordinance on September 18, 2011 from 1:00 pm. to 2:30
p.m., in conjunction with Summer Family Fun °event to' b -es-- field at
827 Fisher Drive, including a DJ and the use of a PA system, with
recommendation and approval of the Director of Safety Services,
and
WHEREAS, said event will exceed the limits of the Ordinance
No. 3094, Noise Ordinance, and
WHEREAS, said Heather Taylor has made formal application for
a variance effective September 18, 2011 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30
p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Heather Taylor for a variance
to Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance, on September 18, 2011
from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., in conjunction with Summer Family
Fun event to be held at 827 Fisher Drive, including a DJ and the
use of a PA system, be and the same hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day Of August, 2011.
