RESOLUTION NO. 2011-802
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF COLLECTION
STORAGE FURNISHINGS FOR WATERLOO CENTER FOR
THE ARTS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Director of Cultural and Arts
Commission of said City to prepare proposed specifications, bid
document, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in
conjunction with the Purchase of Collection Storage Furnishings
for Waterloo Center For The Arts, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
and
WHEREAS, said Director of Cultural and Arts Commission did
file said preliminary specifications, bid document, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the
Purchase of Collection Storage Furnishings for Waterloo Center
For The Arts, which were preliminarily approved by Resolution No.
2011-571 on June 20, 2011, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
August 22, 2011.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the
Purchase of Collection Storage Furnishings for Waterloo Center
For The Arts, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of August, 2011.
