The undersigned does hereby grant and convey unto the City of Waterloo,Iowa and all
applicable utilities,an easement over,under,and upon the following described property
in the City of Waterloo,Black Hawk County,State of Iowa for the purpose of
maintenance of the public sidewalk and any utilities constructed upon portions of the
private property known as 421 Oak Avenue(Rose of Waterloo Senior Living Facility).
SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT"A"AND EXHIBIT'B"
for the purpose of maintenance and repair of utilities
Together with a right of ingress and egress thereon.
