You are hereby ordered to make the following changes from the plans and specifications or perform
the following extra work on your contract dated February 12, 2007.
A. Description of change to be made or extra work to be done:
Additional field testing required to confirm accuracy of digital terrain model.
B. Reason for ordering change or extra work:
Original digital terrain model was incorrect. This was determined during field testing.
Revised digital terrain model was submitted to City. The cost for testing the revised
digital terrain model is $4,181.00. Kucera has agreed to pay for the additional testing.
This results in a decrease to Kucera's contract.
C. Settlement for cost of work to be made as follows:
Decrease of$4,181.00
