RESOLUTION NO. 2011-807
RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH TNT INVESTMENTS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated August 22, 2011, for the
sale and conveyance of city -owned property for the construction
of 6,600 square feet of new industrial storage buildings
generally located just west of the northwest corner of 18th
Street and Black Hawk Street, with a minimum taxable value of
$190,000.00, by and between TNT Investments of Waterloo, Iowa and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
