RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
The City of Waterloo, the present owner of the mortgage for the benefit of the
Waterloo Water Works hereinafter described, for valuable consideration, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, does hereby confirm that the following described real estate
situated in Black Hawk County, Iowa, to-wit:
The North Ten (10) Rods of the West Thirty-two (32) Rods of the South
Sixty (60) acres of the Northwest Quarter (NW' ) of Section Fifteen (15),
Township Eighty-seven (87) North, Range Thirteen (13) West of the Fifth
Principal Meridian in Black Hawk County, Iowa, except that part deeded
to Black Hawk County, Iowa, in Land Deed Record Book 545 at page
622.
is hereby released from the lien of the real estate mortgage, executed by Dennis M.
Messingham and Jane M. Messingham, on September 26, 1996, recorded in the records of
the Office of the Recorder of the County of Black Hawk, State of Iowa, in Book 511 of Land
Mtg., at Pages 884 and 885.
Words and phrases herein, including acknowledgment hereof, shall be construed as
in the singular or plural, and as masculine, feminine or neuter gender, according to the
context.
