under authority vested in them by Chapter 569 of the Code of Iowa,

QUIT CLAIM and CONVEY unto City of Waterloo

all its right, title and interest in and to the following described real

right-of-way line of Big Rock Road,being the point of beginning;thence South 89°01'42"West on said right-of-way line,25.00

TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT •
The undersigned does hereby grant and convey unto the City of Waterloo, Iowa, a
temporary easement(s)across the following described property in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County,State of Iowa:
See attached plat of survey
for the purpose of making improvements to the drainage way between Burton Avenue
and Wagner Road located along Big Rock Road by installing a box culvert to allow for
better water flow through the area,together with a right of ingress and egress thereon.
SAID TEMPORARY EASEMENT(S) WILL RETURN TO ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION
AND EXPIRE UPON COMPLETION OF CONSTRUCTION.
