SO-NET r The City of Waterloo on behalf of the Waterloo Police Department, is electronically
ward 1 submitting a grant application to the Governor's Alliance of Drug Control Policy totaling
$670,460.00 with Federal fending of 75% requested in the amount of$502,845.00. This
CAROLYN will be the nineteenth year of collaboration between the Governor's Office of Drug Control
COLE Policy and the agencies that comprise the Tri-County Drug Enforcement Task Force.
Ward 2
The Waterloo Police Department continues to join the law enforcement agencies in the
HAROLD cities and counties of Cedar Falls, Evansdale, Hudson, LaPorte City, Waverly, Black
GETTY Hawk and Bremer Counties and the University of Northern Iowa Public Safety. The Task
Ward 3 Force is complimented with representatives of the Black Hawk County Attorney's Office,
the local offices of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Iowa National Guard.

KINCAID The Task Force concept was designed to enhance the interagency coordination and the
Ward 4 gathering and dissemination of intelligence information to facilitate multi-jurisdictional drug
investigations. The 25% cash match of the total funding is $167,615,

ivFf.hER The Waterloo Police Department's segment for grant assistance totals $366,628.00 with

75% Federal funding requested in the amount of$274,971.00 and a 25% cash match of
BOB $91,657.00.

City of Waterloo, as the legal applicant, pledges total compliance with the grant rules,
