RESOLUTION NO. 2011-809
RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH TNJ CONSTRUCTION, LCC AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated August 22, 2011, for the
sale and conveyance of city -owned property for the construction
of a new 6,200 square foot office and industrial building
generally located at the northwest corner of 18th Street and
Black Hawk Street, with a minimum taxable value of $220,000.00,
by and between TNJ Construction, LLC of Waterloo, Iowa and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of August, 2011.
