RESOLUTION APPROVING 90 -DAY EXTENSION OF THE
2008 CONTRACT WITH P.O.M. INCORPORATED OF
RUSSELLVILLE, ARKANSAS, TO PURCHASE PARKING
METERS AND RELATED EQUIPMENT AT THE 2008
PRICING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that a 90 -day extension of the 2008 contract pricing dated
August 22, 2011, to purchase parking meters and related
equipment, by and between P.O.M. Incorporated of Russellville,
Arkansas and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of August, 2011.
