Scope of Work
AUGUST ENTERPRISES,LLC,proposes to remove and dispose of inspection
Identified asbestos-containing materials.
Contractor Responsibility: We will provide
1. Necessary trained labor,supervisions,tools and supply
2. Notifications,waste manifesting,insurance
Owner/Manager Responsibility:
1. Authorize us to act in your behalf
2. Provide access,oversight,liaison between trades
3. Inform us of adverse conditions to assure safety in operations
Duration:
1. The Owner will allow for appropriate notification scheduling
2. The work is intended to be performed within 20 work days¬ification period
Exclusions:
1. ibis quotation is good for thirty days
2. It is intended to be performed on a mutually agreed upon schedule
3. Invoices unpaid after thirty days are past due and subject to a monthly finance
charge computed at the rate of five percent
4. To be listed as"additional insured"is a$550.00 fee
5. For"payment/performance bond"is a$550.00 fee plus cost/interest
