The Waterloo Community School District hereby grants permission to Waterloo Police
Department, 715 Mulberry St., Waterloo, IA 50703 represented by Bob Greenlee for the use
of Central Middle School parking lot on the following dates — June 17, 23 & 29, 2009 and
July 17, 23 & 29, 2009 and August 19,2009.
No Charge
Certificate of Insurance
The organization agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Waterloo Community School
District, its agents and employees from and against all loss and expenses, including attorney fees,
by reason of liability imposed by law upon the owner for damages because of bodily injury,
including death at any time resulting there from sustained by any person or persons or on account
of damage to property, including loss of use thereof, whether caused by or contributed to by the
Waterloo Community School District, its agents or employees.
All Waterloo Community School District facilities are tobacco free.
CONTRACT MUST BE SIGNED WITHIN TWENTY (20) DAYS OR PRIOR TO RENTAL
AND ONE COPY RETURNED TO MY OFFICE OR CONTRACT WILL BE CONSIDERED
AS CANCELED.
