RESOLUTION NO. 2011-814
RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION WITH RJ
MCELROY TRUST AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
APPLICATION BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the application dated August 22, 2011, in the amount of
$10,000.00, with a $2,500.00 required local match, for funding
the Youth Baseball and Softball Bat Replacement project, by and
between RJ McElroy Trust of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of August, 2011.
