RESOLUTION NO. 2011-815
RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF CONTRACT TO DON GARDNER CONSTRUCTION CO.,
INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH
THE WATERLOO CENTER FOR THE ARTS WINDOW
REPLACEMENT, IN THE AMOUNT OF $178,974.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the contract with Don Gardner Construction Co., Inc. of
Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $178,974.00, in conjunction with
the Waterloo Center For The Arts Window Replacement, described in
the specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
project with Resolution No. 2011-757 after public hearing on
August 8, 2011 on published notice required by law, be and is
hereby awarded, the same being the apparent lowest bid for said
project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of August, 2011.
