RESOLUTION NO. 2011-819
RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF CONTRACT TO STICKFORT CONSTRUCTION
CORPORATION OF HUDSON, IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE FIRE STATION CONCRETE REPLACEMENT &
REPAIR PROJECT, IN THE AMOUNT OF $46,200.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the contract with Stickfort Construction Corporation of
of Hudson, Iowa, in the amount of $46,200.00, in conjunction with
the Fire Station Concrete Replacement & Repair Project, described
in the specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
project with Resolution No. 2011-759 after public hearing on
August 8, 2011 on published notice required by law, be and is
hereby awarded, the same being the apparent lowest bid for said
project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of August, 2011.
