RESOLUTION NO. 2011-822
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECOMMENDATION OF
ACCEPTANCE AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS FURNISHED
BY ELECTRIC PUMP, INC. OF DES MOINES, IOWA,
IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2008 WEST
COMMERCIAL STREET STORM WATER PUMPS, CONTRACT
NO. 750, AND ACCEPTING THE WORK.
WHEREAS, Electric Pump, Inc. of Des Moines, Iowa, has under
contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished oeft,'ain
materials and performed labor at a total cost of $730,281.00 in
conjunction with the F.Y. 2008 West Commercial Street StorM Water
Pumps, Contract No. 750, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance be and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of August, 2011.
