RESOLUTION NO. 2024-490
RESOLUTION APPROVING A STREET LIGHTING
AGREEMENT WITH MIDAMERICAN ENERGY, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $4,214.66, FOR INSTALLATION OF ONE
STREETLIGHT TO BE LOCATED AT THE ENTRANCE OF
PARADISE ESTATES, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Street Lighting Agreement with MidAmerican Energy, in the amount of
$4,214.66, for installation of one streetlight to be located at the entrance of Paradise Estates, is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said
document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of August 2024.
