RESOLUTION NO. 2024-491
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH ISG INC., OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $5,400.00, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
NO PASSING ZONE ANALYSIS, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Professional Services Agreement with ISG Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa, in the
amount of $5,400.00, in conjunction with the No Passing Zone Analysis, is hereby approved, and
the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of August 2024.
