RESOLUTION NO. 2024-484 RESOLUTION APPROVING A TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT AGREEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $369.04 WITH THE SUNNYSIDE COUNTRY CLUB, INC., LOCATED AT 1600 OLYMPIC DRIVE, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE SUNNYSIDE CREEK DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT. WHEREAS, a Temporary Construction Easement Agreement with Sunnyside Country Club, Inc., located at 1600 Olympic Drive, in conjunction with the Sunnyside Creek Drainage Improvements Project, is to help alleviate drainage issues in the area. WHEREAS, the Temporary Construction Easement is valued at $369.04, and Sunnyside Country Club, Inc., has agreed to be compensated in that amount. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Temporary Construction Easement Agreement between Sunnyside Country Club, Inc. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa for the hereinafter described parcel, is accepted and approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa. DESCRIPTION TEMPORARY EASEMENT A PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN PART OF TRACT "A" OF WATERLOO COUNTRY CLUB ADDITION, CITY OF WATERLOO, COUNTY OF BLACK HAWK, STATE OF IOWA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS.
