RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT, BONDS, AND
CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE WITH REILLY
CONSTRUCTION CO., INC. OF OSSIAN, IOWA, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2011 HIGHWAY 63
SOUTH MANHOLE REHABILITATION, CONTRACT NO.
809, IN THE AMOUNT OF $99,675.00, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Contract with Reilly Construction Co., Inc. of
Ossian, Iowa, for the F.Y. 2011 Highway 63 South Manhole
Rehabilitation, Contract No. 809, in the amount of $99,675.00,
signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa by the Mayor and
the City Clerk as of the 22nd day of August, 2011, together with
the accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said
Contract signed by Berkley Regional Insurance Company of
Urbandale, Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute said documents.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of August, 2011.
