Furniture will be a Maispace Panel system with laminate and metal storage similar to the existing
furnishings on the main floor. Task Chairs will be mid-back height with adjustable arms and feature
Synchro-tilt with adjustable tension resistance, pneumatic seat height adjustment and multi-position
tilt-lock control. Power and data will be accessed from the structural walls and not included with the
panels.

Scope of Work to Be Performed According to plan date 6-26-09:
Techline of Iowa's professional carpenters will assemble accessories and install the new furniture
included in this agreement and according to the approved plan. The existing cabinetry, countertops and
files will be moved and disposed of by the flooring contractors. Any necessary,electrical work or
fixtures will be installed and provided by subcontractors.
Project Investment: $24,946.00
If Techline performs work other than work described in the approved plan will modify the contracted
amount. Any additional changes made throughout your project will be documented with a written
change order and will be presented to you with each change before the material is ordered and/or work
is performed. The adjusted amount of the contract will be reflected on your invoice.
Terms: All materials are specifically ordered for your project. We cannot accept returns of cabinetry or
countertops other than for warranty reasons and product must be presented in the original packing
materials. Unapproved modification from the approved original plans and/or damage to the product
after delivery will be the owner's responsibility. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice when the work
is completed and payable to Techline of Iowa. When an outstanding balance exceeds thirty days from
the due date, a finance charge at a rate of 1.5%per month or 18%annum will be assessed to the
balance of the account. Tech Line of Iowa is not responsible for any structural or preexisting
impairments of the building. If structural or preexisting impairments need to be corrected in order to
meet building code or to properly execute the installation of the project requirements,then a change
order will be presented as outlined above. Warranty work will be covered by the manufacturers,and is
not subject to non-remittance of the account balance. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you!
Owner's Acceptance
The foregoing terms, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and are hereby agreed to.
You are authorized to perform the work as specified and payment will be made according to
the contract terms as stated The owner upon signing this agreement represents that he/she
has read and understands the agreement and is the owner or lessee of aforesaid premises.
