GRANT ADMINISTRATION
MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
This Memorandum of Understanding is between the City of Waterloo and the Iowa
Northland Regional Council of Governments hereinafter referred to as INRCOG.
Whereas, the City of Waterloo wishes to engage INRCOG's grant administration service for
the following project:
Type of Grant: Community Development Block Grant Program:
Supplemental Funds for Infrastructure Disaster Recovery
Project Description: Storm Water Lift Station Construction—Residential Stations
Charge for Grant Administration: $40,000
Charges for administration shall be based upon a contract between the City of Waterloo and
INRCOG after the City has been awarded the above listed grant.
Amount included in the grant for Grant Administration: $40,000
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, INRCOG and the City Counil of the City of Waterloo has
executed this memorandum of understanding as of this'1 day of � � , 2009.
