NOTES:
- Proposal is valid for 60 days.
- Proposal is an estimate only. The fmal invoice will be determined by the actual quantities used—
be it more or less.
- Invoice is due and payable in full 30 days from invoice date. All accounts past 30 days accrue
interest at the rate of 1.5%per month(18%APR).
- Keys to padlock to be turned over to Howard R.Green.
- A certified Iowa Water Well Contractor will be onsite during the entire project.
