Therefore, the verbiage on the Exhibit"A", Item No. 1, Section A, attached to the agreement will be revised to read as follows for the Dearborn Street crossing in Waterloo. 1. Crossing(s) Reconstructed a. ,)y'A- A. COMPANY will reconstruct i crossing of 64 total feet that include 36 feet of rubber surface material through the traveled roadway and 28 feet of rubber surface material through the shoulder, sidewalk, and/or trail area. As a minimum, the crossing must extend beyond the edge of the traveled roadway and through the shoulder if not curbed. If you concur, please sign all three (3) copies of this addendum and forward them to the highway authority for their signature. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
