RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF BID TO ZEPHYR
ALUMINUM PRODUCTS OF DUBUQUE, IOWA, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE LIVINGSTON HANGAR WINDOW
REPLACEMENT PROJECT AT THE WATERLOO REGIONAL
AIRPORT, IN THE AMOUNT OF $30,895.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Zephyr Aluminum Products of Dubuque, Iowa,
in the amount of $30,895.00, in conjunction with the Livingston
Hangar Window Replacement Project at the Waterloo Regional
Airport described in the specifications heretofore adopted by
this Council for said project with Resolution No. 2011-035, after
public hearing on January 18, 2011 on published notice required
by law, be and is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of February, 2011.
