The undersigned, City of Waterloo, Iowa, the present owner of the mortgage hereinafter
described, does hereby acknowledge that a certain mortgage dated January 20, 2000, made and
executed by Clear Windows Limited Liability Partnership, John A. Dutcher and C. Suzanne Dutcher,
to City of Waterloo, Iowa, and recorded in the records of the Office of the Recorder of the County of
Black Hawk, State of Iowa, in Book 337 of Miscellaneous, page 1, on the 20th day of January, 2000, is
redeemed, paid off, satisfied, and discharged in full.
Words and phrases herein, including acknowledgment hereof, shall be construed as in the singular or plural number,
and as masculine or feminine gender, according to the context.
