COST ESTIMATE
Hellman proposes to create a strategic plan for the development of a traffic
safety plan and fundraising campaign.
Costs include research, concepting, strategizing, copywriting, proofing
and coordination.
Strategic Plan $5,060
Shipping and other outside expenses are not included in these creative costs. Any additional
costs will be estimated by Hellman and approved by the client before proceeding.
On behalf of City of Waterloo —Traffic Operations, I hereby agree to retain the services of
Hellman to develop the marketing materials as defined above.
