Ward 2 Our Storm Water Quality Management Program(NPDES Permit)requires the City of Waterloo
to produce and mail two informational brochures similar to the enclosed to be mailed to all
HAROLD residents of the City as well as placed in public places.

Ward 3 As a result of this requirement,the City of Waterloo is asking for a PROPOSAL for producing

The City of Waterloo shall pay all postage costs.
Mailing of the brochures shall not take place until directed
by the City. One mailing will be in January 2007 and the
other in February 2007.
TOTAL BID PRICE $ 11, 582.00
*Does not include tab, because sample did not have tab
