RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
The undersigned, City of Waterloo, Iowa, the present owner of the mortgage hereinafter
described, does hereby acknowledge that a certain mortgage dated November 1, 1999, made and
executed by George E. Nicholas, as Sole Proprietor of Mama Nick's Circle Pizzeria, to City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and recorded in the records of the Office of the Recorder of the County of Black
Hawk, State of Iowa, in Book 336 of Miscellaneous, page 917, on the 12th day of January, 2000, is
redeemed, paid off, satisfied, and discharged in full.
Words and phrases herein, including acknowledgment hereof, shall be construed as in the singular or plural number,
and as masculine or feminine gender, according to the context.
