SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO.2
RELEASE OF AIRPORT PROPERTY
WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT
WATERLOO,IOWA
WHEREAS,a Professional Services Agreement was entered into between the City of Waterloo,Iowa,(Client)and Earth Tech,
Inc.,of Waterloo,Iowa,dated July 6,2004,to provide assistance and prepare documents for the release of airport property as
defined by the Airport Board and the City of Waterloo;and
WHEREAS, the Client and Consultant entered into Supplemental Agreement No. 1 dated June 5, 2006, to include cost of
appraisal, provide a Phase I Cultural Resource Survey and allow for additional requests from the Federal Aviation
Administration;and
WHEREAS,the Client and Consultant desire to amend the previous agreements to provide additional information as requested
from the Federal Aviation Administration.
NOW THEREFORE,it is mutually agreed to amend the original Professional Services Agreement and subsequent amendments
as follows:
I. SCOPE OF SERVICES
The Scope of Services is the same as previously noted except the Consultant will provide additional information as
requested by the Federal Aviation Administration. Since the level of effort can not be anticipated,it is restricted by the
staff hours estimated at time of agreement.
II. COMPENSATION AND PAYMENT
Compensation estimated in the original agreement,and subsequent amendments,shall be increased by Three Thousand
Dollars($3,000.00).
III. In all other respects,the obligations of the Client and Earth Tech shall remain as specified in the Professional Services
Agreement dated June 6,2004,and subsequent amendments.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the parties hereto have executed this Supplemental Agreement No.2 as of the dates shown below.
