RESOLUTION DENYING VARIANCE REQUEST TO THE
REQUIREMENTS OF THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE TO
ALLOW LOW -PROFILE CURB.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the variance request to the requirements of
the Subdivision Ordinance to allow low -profile curb for the
proposed Klingaman Park Fourth Addition Subdivision by Wayne
Claassen Engineering & Surveying, Inc., on behalf of Young
Development, be and the same is hereby denied.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of February, 2011.
