RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
The City of Waterloo, the present owner of the mortgage for the benefit of the
Waterloo Water Works hereinafter described, for valuable consideration, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, does hereby confirm that the following described real estate
situated in Black Hawk County, Iowa, to-wit:
The Southeast Quarter (SE1%) of the Northeast Quarter (NE1%) of the
Northeast Quarter (NE%) Section Thirty-two (32), Township Eighty-eight
(88) North, Range Thirteen (13) West of the Fifth Principal Meridian,
containing approximately ten (10) acres.
is hereby released from the lien of the real estate mortgage, executed by Randy G. Lichty,
President of TerraView Farms Corp., an Iowa corporation, on August 10, 1996, recorded in
the records of the Office of the Recorder of the County of Black Hawk, State of Iowa, in
Book 511 of Land Mtg., at Pages 220, 221, and 222.
Words and phrases herein, including acknowledgment hereof, shall be construed as
in the singular or plural, and as masculine, feminine or neuter gender, according to the
context.
