RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PROPOSED PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH
THE F.Y. 2011 RIVER RENAISSANCE UPPER PLAZA,
CONTRACT NO. 808, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO AS
MARCH 7, 2011, AT 5:30 P.M. AT CITY HALL
COUNCIL CHAMBERS, WITH THE TAKING OF BIDS
THEREFORE, AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 7th day of March, 2011, for
the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the
F.Y. 2011 River Renaissance Upper Plaza, Contract No. 808, in the
City of Waterloo, with the taking of bids therefore.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of February, 2011.
