RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
DEVELOPMENT/MARKETING DIRECTOR FOR THE
WATERLOO CENTER FOR THE ARTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated February 21, 2011, for a Vision Iowa -
Community Attraction and Tourism (CAT) Marketing Program Grant,
Agreement No. 11 -MKT -014, in the amount of $15,000.00, for
advertisement costs for the Waterloo Center for the Arts - Phelps
Youth Pavilion, by and between the Iowa Department of Economic
Development and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Development/Marketing Director for the
Waterloo Center for the Arts authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21St day of February, 2011.
